Terms for Repair/Modify Design Service (R200)

Our Repair/Modify Design Service is for customers who need adjustments to an existing file without creating a completely new design. This includes changes to size, orientation, or content, as well as recreating a print file from a photograph of your materials. Please review the following terms:

File-Based Adjustments: This service focuses on modifying existing artwork rather than creating original graphics. Examples include resizing, changing orientation, replacing text, or making layout adjustments.

Recreation from Photos: If you only have a photograph of your printed material, we can recreate it as a print-ready file.

Fixed Revisions: Includes up to three rounds of revisions, allowing you to collaborate with our designer until the maximum version limit is reached.

Accepted File Types: Editable PDF, Adobe Illustrator (.AI), and Vector (.EPS) files are accepted. Important: Please send these files via WhatsApp to ensure quick and secure delivery to our design team.

Exclusions: Complex redesigns, full rebranding, or the creation of new elements beyond the scope of modification are not included. These will require a separate design service.
